Ultra Rare WC Star Card for sale!!

While I was taking my lunch today I decided to look on e-Bay and check if there are any call energies for sale. I did find a few for sale, however the prices were way to high, $8 each plus like $2 shipping.

That just seems to be way way too much money to spend on it, pity since they are very useful cards.

While I was there I figured to look for a Luxray Lv. X, I did find a few, once again too much money.

Looking closer I noticed one that was buy it now for $10. Another (same seller) had a Mewto Lv. X, Palkia Lv. X and a Luxray Lv. X for sale as a bundle, all for the low low price of $15. I am sure if you have ever looked for cards on e-Bay you know exactly what they are selling.

World Championship Cards. For how much they charge for one, you can get the ENTIRE set at Target for $10.

I have no problem with someone trying to make a few dollars here and there, what I have a problem with is people selling stuff like that. It is false, they act like the card is so rare, it is not. What really makes me angry is that some parent who does not know any better will buy the card for their kid and for what? The card is useless in tournament play unless you want to use it for a reference card.

About 6 month ago there was a person selling WC Claydols for $15 each, I emailed them and said that they should make the listing more correct and not act like it was a legit card. They got all nasty with me and said they would report me to e-Bay, I said please do, because you are a thief and a crook.

Anyway, it is just a pet peeve of mine.

Looking right now, here is a Claydol, check the listing:

CLAYDOL 15/106 LV.45 Ultra Rare Star WC World 2009 Card

  • Great Expansions Set
  • World Championships 2008
  • Signed
  • RARE Claydol
  • 15/106

Ultra Rare?? Uh, excuse me!!

Besides, Claydols are free this Season in League, so they are worthless now for the most part.
